CloudCommand integrates with on premise and cloud ConnectWise installations with no need for additional software installations or database access.

Company and Contacts Integration

Make provisioning new customers in CloudCommand a snap with the ability to import Company information from ConnectWise. Our ConnectWise integration allows Companies, their domains and user contacts to be imported automatically to speed the provisioning of your users.

Billing Integration

CloudCommand integrates with ConnectWise’s agreement billing to make keeping accurate counts of the services used by your customers easy. Simply select the Managed Solution and Agreement you want to bill against in CloudCommand, and your monthly usage counts will transfer into ConnectWise automatically on a monthly basis. Products, Configuration items, and mappings are configured automatically.

Service Ticket Integration

CloudCommand saves you time and resources by integrating with your existing service boards to push information regarding service affecting issues, issue resolutions, maintenance announcements, and more. You have the option of selecting alerts and intelligently opening tickets under each impacted customer, helping your helpdesk and operations teams more efficiently work with your partners. By placing a ticket into each impacted customer, your helpdesk will have immediate situational awareness, leading to decreased troubleshooting time, and increased customer satisfaction.
